My wife and I searched for a company to revamp our kitchen but we found it very difficult to find anybody in which we had confidence. We eventually found James (Norfolk Custom Kitchens) on line and we are so pleased that we did. On his visit to discuss our requirements he gave us confidence, here was a man that gave us good advice, measured meticulously, (even coming back to double check some measurements). James listened to what we would like and did his very best to accommodate us and where we were asking the impossible he told us so and  gave us alternatives. Work started and finished on the days stated, daily early starts and a full eight hours hard graft.  During the installation James was accompanied by Brian who was excellent and was an efficient plumber. Where necessary various other craftsmen (electrician, gas engineer, etc.) were called in, all of whom were efficient and helpful and willing to advise us. Their workplace was clean and tidy when they left each night, rubbish was accumulated in a specified area and was collected when the work was completed. I very rarely write reviews but in this instance it was fully justified and I thoroughly recommend Norfolk Custom Kitchens.

He was very patient with us as we thought about various options until we settled on the final layout.  It wasn't a full refit but adapting what we had so James had to be very flexible with parts and fittings.  Work started as promised and was completed very quickly and very tidily. After having the boiler removed I contacted James about installing a corner unit where the boiler had been next to the window. James sourced the matching cabinet, doors and handles despite the surface pattern having been discontinued and he did a great job in installing the 30cm cupboard with side quarter shelves rather than a full 60cm cupboard which would have blocked the light into the room. Custom really meant custom in the making of our kitchen.  Amongst other things we requested birch ply doors. They rose to the challenge with patience and skill. When, due to no fault of theirs, two electrical appliances broke down almost immediately, they were replaced quickly and without fuss. All the team remained helpful, courteous and friendly throughout, with only minor cursing under the breath!
