My wife and I searched for a company to revamp our kitchen but we found it very difficult to find anybody in which we had confidence. We eventually found James (Norfolk Custom Kitchens) on line and we are so pleased that we did. On his visit to discuss our requirements he gave us confidence, here was a man that gave us good advice, measured meticulously, (even coming back to double check some measurements). James listened to what we would like and did his very best to accommodate us and where we were asking the impossible he told us so and gave us alternatives. Work started and finished on the days stated, daily early starts and a full eight hours hard graft. During the installation James was accompanied by Brian who was excellent and was an efficient plumber. Where necessary various other craftsmen (electrician, gas engineer, etc.) were called in, all of whom were efficient and helpful and willing to advise us. Their workplace was clean and tidy when they left each night, rubbish was accumulated in a specified area and was collected when the work was completed. I very rarely write reviews but in this instance it was fully justified and I thoroughly recommend Norfolk Custom Kitchens.

Great personal service from James from start to finish. He was very patient with us as we thought about various options until we settled on the final layout. It wasn't a full refit but adapting what we had so James had to be very flexible with parts and fittings. Work started as promised and was completed very quickly and very tidily. We are very happy with our new kitchen and also very happy to recommend James.

James and his father installed the original kitchen in 2017. They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with it. After having the boiler removed I contacted James about installing a corner unit where the boiler had been next to the window. James sourced the matching cabinet, doors and handles despite the surface pattern having been discontinued and he did a great job in installing the 30cm cupboard with side quarter shelves rather than a full 60cm cupboard which would have blocked the light into the room. Thank you...

The kitchen/diner project was complex transforming a dated room with a modern kitchen but importantly retaining some features to retain it's original character to blend. From the start James provided guidance to best utilise the space with units/worktops/appliances, at each stage of planning I was fully engaged to make sure I was happy before proceeding. The work carried out/completed was of a professional high standard which included M&M Plastering + WillDo Electrical. I am very pleased with the final result with friends and family complementing the look of the new kitchen, thank you

Very good team renovating our kitchen cabinets and electrical equipment with new gas hob. Good communication with James and pleasant crew who completed work to schedule. New fuse book installation too. Two years later all is good. Good price too.

We just wanted to say how very happy we are with our kitchen from NCK (James and Brian). Custom really meant custom in the making of our kitchen. Amongst other things we requested birch ply doors. James oversaw their bespoke production in a local workshop and we're thrilled with the result. He also brought the kitchen in at a very reasonable price even with our unusual requests. NCK were fantastic value for money and we would absolutely recommend them to others. Thank you James and Brian! Gina & Max Stillaway

We gave James and Brian a real challenge with our very small apartment kitchen and ended up with a bespoke kitchen that's perfect. It utilises every available space and looks fabulous. We were really impressed with their attention to detail and hard work including leaving the place clean and tidy when it was finished. Real craftsmen. We highly recommend Norfolk Custom Kitchens.

We are delighted with our refurbished kitchen which has recently been completed. James and Brian were very professional, thorough and punctual. We were advised each day as to the work they would be doing and they always discussed the next stages. The whole team including electrician, were friendly and very hard working. Many thanks to Norfolk custom kitchens.

Our house is 16th-century, so nothing is straight or square - a testing challenge to any kitchen fitter. They rose to the challenge with patience and skill. When, due to no fault of theirs, two electrical appliances broke down almost immediately, they were replaced quickly and without fuss. All the team remained helpful, courteous and friendly throughout, with only minor cursing under the breath! We chose this company not only for the competitive price, but more because of the personal touch and flexibility. Unlike the 'big box' companies, they were able to supply us with an all-glass cabinet, for example. We are delighted with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Custom Kitchens.

Recently had a new kitchen fitted and a wall knocked down to make the area larger. Brian and James done a fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble. These guys were very professional, clean and tidy and very friendly. They created our dream kitchen and we are so pleased with it. Kept us informed how things were progressing and attention to detail was spot on. Can't rate James and Brian highly enough. If you are thinking of having a new kitchen fitted, look no further. Thanks guys
