Great personal service from James from start to finish.  He was very patient with us as we thought about various options until we settled on the final layout.  It wasn't a full refit but adapting what we had so James had to be very flexible with parts and fittings.  Work started as promised and was completed very quickly and very tidily. James and his father installed the original kitchen in 2017. They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with it. After having the boiler removed I contacted James about installing a corner unit where the boiler had been next to the window. James sourced the matching cabinet, doors and handles despite the surface pattern having been discontinued and he did a great job in installing the 30cm cupboard with side quarter shelves rather than a full 60cm cupboard which would have blocked the light into the room. The kitchen/diner project was complex transforming a dated room with a modern kitchen but importantly retaining some features to retain it's original character to blend. From the start James provided guidance to best utilise the space with units/worktops/appliances, at each stage of planning I was fully engaged to make sure I was happy before proceeding. The work carried out/completed was of a professional high standard which included M&M Plastering + WillDo Electrical. We just wanted to say how very happy we are with our kitchen from NCK (James and Brian). Custom really meant custom in the making of our kitchen.  Amongst other things we requested birch ply doors.  James oversaw their bespoke production in a local workshop and we're thrilled with the result. He also brought the kitchen in at a very reasonable price even with our unusual requests.
